Order processing time
Most CalmPaws & Home products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships, in addition to the shipping transit time below.
Items fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse (bandanas and other in-stock accessories) typically ship within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
Digital downloads (such as our dog bonding journals) are delivered instantly via email/download link after payment is confirmed — there is no physical shipping or production wait for these items.
Shipping times & rates
- United States: estimated 3–7 business days in transit after production.
- International: estimated 7–20 business days in transit after production, depending on destination and customs processing.
Shipping cost:
- Orders of $30 or more ship free.
- Orders under $30 ship for a flat rate of $7.90 (home delivery, packages up to 5 kg / 11 lbs).
Please note that customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have multiple items in one order that are fulfilled from different locations (e.g., a print-on-demand item and a warehouse item), they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we're happy to help however we can if you catch the mistake quickly — contact us right away at hello@calmpawshome.com.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it appears lost in transit beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@calmpawshome.com and we'll help track it down or arrange a resolution.
